Automatic booking becomes possible with Whirla’s advanced office sensors. The devices do a perfect job of detecting occupancy in real time, providing a solid basis for follow-up.
When the sensors register occupancy and certain conditions are met, the position goes into a temporary mode, known as “In Use.” Then a yellow light appears on the sensor 🚥 , and on the interactive office plan the position starts pulsing🚨. Why the temporary status first, and not the reservation right away? 🤔
It’s simple! With the temporary status, all other office users see that the position is occupied, and the Whirla Smart Office system gains time to analyze whether a reservation is definitely to be created.
