Dawid Wesołowski
President of the Management Board
Managing Partner with over 10 years of experience in the venture capital industry. Responsible for the implementation of more than 50 investments in early-stage startups in the areas of MedTech, Fintech and Cleantech. His experience, unique skills and approach to working with founders translate to the above-average results of the companies he supports. He cooperates with founders from the CEE region implementing projects with a global approach. He has a wide network of contacts among Polish and foreign VC funds and industry experts. Active in the Polish VC environment and participated in many industry conferences and discussion panels.
Łukasz Marczuk
Vice-President of the Management Board
An expert with 18 years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance projects. As a CEO of Carlson Capital Partners, he led investment processes for such companies as PCC SE, PKP Cargo S.A., Comp S.A., JSW S.A. and Laude Smart Intermodal S.A. Overall he completed more than 30 M&A transactions completed, including more than 10 with PE funds, more than 40 transactions in early-stage ventures and at least 5 IPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as a consultant and management board member of Ventus Asset Management (brokerage house)

Zofia Banaszewska
Investment Manager
Executive MBA manager with 15 years of experience in securing funds for hi-tech and R&D projects (hardware and software) for startups and mature companies with the focus on capital investments (seed stage) and EU grants (all sorts). Regarding VC, she supervised over 40 investment deals. As a memebr of supervisory boards, she provided business support to innovative startups. Active representative of the Fund during domestic and international events and meetings focused on building relations and commitments.
Paulina Wojciechowska
PR Manager
PR Manager who plans 3 steps ahead. She has over 5 years of experience working with media houses, VC funds, innovative startups and real estate. She participated in numerous projects dealing with graphic design, press releases, corporate identity, www content, information materials and social media. She also organized numerous events for up to 200 participants and was responsible for contacts with the media. Privately, her Instagram account has already reached over 25k followers.
Emilian Arczewski
Financial Analyst
4 years of experience gained in Carlson EVIG Alfa as an investment analyst, in Grand Thornton in the Corporate Finance Department and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He participated in projects related to fundraising, capital investments and company valuations. He was responsible for the preparation of financial models for SMEs, and startups, business analyses, company valuations, evaluation of investment potential, investor relations and project sourcing. Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Ireneusz Wieczorek

12 years of professional experience in the financial and investment area, as financial and investment analyst to director of the financial analysis department at an investment fund. Participated in numerous projects, including the acquisition of multi-million dollar financing through European funds, bond issues, bank loans for entities listed on WIG20, as well as Start-ups. advised on transactions with the State Treasury in the area of M&A and investment banking.

R&D expert for over 10 years in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence. Graduate of the Poznań University of Technology. Worked for several companies involved in applied research, including Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore Labs).
