In the latest report prepared by PFR Ventures and Inovo Venture Partners “Transactions on the Polish VC market in 2021”, our fund came in 5th place among the entities which most often supported companies at the seed stage.
It is worth noting that last year the total value of VC transactions made with the participation of domestic start-ups amounted to PLN 3.6 billion, which means an increase by PLN 1.5 billion compared to 2020.
The average value of investments on our market after 12 months amounted to PLN 7.1 million. This translated into a jump of 85% relative to 2020 and nearly 120% relative to 2019.
Meanwhile, the median value of VC transactions in 3 of the 4 quarters was around PLN 1 million, which coincides with the trend of previous years, which is directly related to the still active funds from the Bridge Alfa programs.
